FALL BREAK -

We are enjoying a break from school, Moscow and work (kind of). We began in Berlin and we were greeted with rain but managed a great second day which was the day we did most of our sight seeing. We saw 2 movies in English at the Sony Center in Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. We saw Eagle Eye and like it pretty well and then the next day we went to the Nights in Rodanthe -with Richard Gere and Daine Lane - BAD choice. The dumbest movie Emily has ever seen. We did find a yummy gelato ice cream store which we supported 4 times in 2 days. Tonight we are at a nice hotel in a really lovely square in Dresden Germany. We rented a car and drove through the beautiful golden wooded wet roads from Berlin to Leipzig then to Dresden. We have only seen it in the dark so we look forward to exploring the town tomorrow. It was completly destroyed in the war but has been restored. We will go to the Freiberg Temple on Friday. "That is our story and we are sticking to it" as Dad would say.
